Baking is a labour of love and Richard fortunately has a lot of it. Having been baking for over 20 years, he knows a thing or two about what makes a good loaf. Baking from 2:00am 6 days a-week all year round, we are proud to create the freshest produce, by hand, in the traditional way with no nasty ingredients.
Not only used across our breakfast and lunch menus, our products are available in the shop and we also provide a selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and public/private sector businesses with fresh produce each day – check out our wholesale page for more details.
Becca heads up the creative side of the bakery with creating the most exquisite, delicious celebration cakes, cupcakes, cake-pops, brownies, giant cookies – you name it, she will put her heart into creating the most perfect cake for your occasion.
Many of our cakes are also available and made vegan, just speak to us for details and we can run through what is available with many people saying that they were amazed they couldn’t tell the difference!
We are happy to undertake any weird and wonderful creation you may think of so just speak to us and test our brains and skills! *Time is key* For celebration cakes and creations, a longer lead time is better to avoid disappointment as we are often booked a few weeks/month in advance but, we are always happy to try and help as and where we can so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
